Lotus targets loan deployment of €250 million via new fund launched

You may have come across recent news articles in the national media about an exciting announcement from Lotus Investment Group that could support your housing projects. We are proud to announce the launch of our new housing fund, with a target loan deployment of €250 million, aimed at assisting the delivery of large-scale housing projects throughout Ireland over the next 12-24 months.

As most of you will know, we began as Ireland’s original non-bank lender to property developers and real estate project owners back in 2013. That was an interesting time for us all. Over the years, we have lent over €400 million to property developers in Ireland. Our commitment to addressing Ireland’s chronic housing shortage is unwavering, and we take pride in being able to offer this support to project developers and home builders up and down the country. Indeed, it is our intention to increase and accelerate this support over the coming years.
