Prior to joining Lotus, Shane worked in Park Developments where he assisted in the delivery of several residential housing developments. Shane holds a B.Sc.(Hons) in Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics from Technological University Dublin.

Ciaran also holds a master’s degree in Business Management and a BSC. in Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Limerick.
Cathal Durkin
Origination DirectorChartered Accountant with over 18 years commercial real estate, financial services, and corporate restructuring experience. Previous roles included Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager with a Leading Bank, Asset Recovery Manager with NAMA and Senior Associate with FGS (Duff & Phelps). He is a real estate sector specialist with strong investment and development lending experience. In addition to his Chartered Accountancy qualification Cathal is an Associate Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, a Qualified Financial Advisor for the Institute of Bankers and was awarded a Bachelor of Commerce Degree by University College Dublin and a MBS in Accounting by Dublin City University.
David Fitzgibbon
Senior Investment ManagerAn experienced Real Estate professional with over 15 years’ experience specialising in development finance. Previous roles included a Senior member of the residential management team in NAMA where he led a number of high-performance teams with funding provided for in excess of 4,000 units. Prior to this he held a number of roles within the property and restructuring units within Ulster Bank. He holds the Chartered Surveyor designation from the SCSI and is also a member of the institute of banking together with completing an MSc in International Business Management.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce Accounting from the National University of Ireland, Galway, a post graduate degree in Finance from Trinity College Dublin and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (A.C.C.A). He is currently undertaking exams to become a Qualified Financial Advisor (Q.F.A).
